OpSpot ("we") respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect when you visit opspot.ai and how we use it.
We use privacy-respecting website analytics to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. This includes anonymous, aggregated information such as the pages you view, the links and buttons you click, how far you scroll, your approximate device type and browser, and the website that referred you. We also use session-replay and heatmap tools that record on-site interactions (clicks, scrolls, mouse movement) to see where the site is confusing or broken.
We do not ask for or store sensitive personal information through these analytics, and form inputs are masked in any session recording. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Our analytics run in a cookieless mode by default — we do not use tracking cookies to follow you across other websites. Booking a call is handled by Calendly, which has its own privacy policy.
You can block analytics with your browser's "Do Not Track" setting or a content blocker, and the site will work normally. To request that we not process your information, or with any privacy question, email hello@opspot.ai.
