A plain-English summary of what happened, who was affected, and what we did. Updates are appended as the situation develops, with a final resolution note and, for anything significant, a short root-cause and prevention summary.
We are adding automated uptime monitoring and a subscribe-to-incidents option through a dedicated monitoring provider, so you can get alerted the moment a component degrades rather than waiting for us to post. Until that's live, this page is updated manually by the OpSpot team. We don't publish an uptime percentage we can't yet measure automatically — once continuous monitoring is in place, historical uptime will be shown here.
